"Visited today, we were seated promptly and our app and drink order was taken. We did not get any utensils, napkins or straws, had to go to the back bar where we were seated to get my own. Apps and drinks came out and our entree orders were taken. First round of drinks were done and it took 24 mins after our entrees came out for us to het acknowledged and get another drink order in. Ordered burgers all around and was asked if I wanted all the regular condiments, since the burger I ordered didn’t come with it and I said yes, when the orders came out my burger didn’t have the condiments I asked for. Waitress apologized for not attending us as she should, I understood she was a little overwhelmed and still gave her 25% tip, just a little annoyed that our service experience was not a good one."

"I really do hate to have to leave this review but it is warranted. We have been to the VIP many times for a while weekly. This week was our latest visit and it was flat out BAD! The services was near non existent, we had to actually walk around and find our waitress. The food was all served cold after waiting a ridiculous amount of time. The lobster bisque was so cold it congealed, the cheese in the quesadillas was no longer melted, the appetizer sampler was all cold. Just really bad food. We complained to the owner who didn't really seem to care and did nothing about it. After years of frequent visits I unfortunately have to say, stay away they have lost their quality control and sense of service. This is not the place it used to be."

"Stopped by a few weeks ago for brunch and a Jets game, but instantly regretted it. Food was atrocious, and service wasn't much better. If you want to be ignored and dine on terrible food, then just go to Applebee's (We sat at the bar). I can not recommend this place to anyone after such a disappointing experience."

"Worst service- waitress was horrible in that I had to ask for something 3 times- she barely checked in. I ordered something to bring home well before we were done…our food was finished and dishes weren’t cleared- we sat for what felt like forever before other people stepped in. The person clearing was going to take the food with out asking if we wanted to bring it home…After 30 minutes still waiting for my order to bring home- it came without the fries I ordered. I was upset as we were waiting forever to begin with for just the basic check. Then the food was delayed and so I complained that not only have I been getting poor service, but when I finally got the order, I’ve been waiting forever for it -came without the fries! I then had to wait another 15 minutes for french fries that take two minutes to come out of a fryer, the other weight staff had no concern over it and told the actual person who I was communicating with. Don’t worry about it it’s not your table not your problem! Unbelievable I wasn’t yelling at her. I was complaining about the service that we were getting. Then on top of that, they billed me for the waffle fries which should’ve been complementary due to the consistent poor service experience throughout our lunch , these people have no idea what service means. Not worth the money at all- left extremely disappointed and annoyed. An xtra hour out of my day I can’t get back. She deserved zero tip- or maybe a tip on how to be a waitress. I still tipped 18%- and regret it. And the steak tidbits were well done vs medium rare that was ordered. Never going back"

"If there were zero stars for service I would have chosen it. I waited over 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to pick up my to go order. Bartenders don’t ask if I need help either. This is rediculous. There’s not even 5 tables in the place and no service. If the food wasn’t good I wouldn’t come here anymore. Speak to your staff as a former service industry employee this is completely unacceptable. Someone should always be at the front desk. So disgusted."
