"Authentic, delicious Japanese cuisine—far too good for the mall!! So many options to choose from. All of their food is made fresh, and they even make their own broth. I love how they have options for everyone, including meat lovers, vegetarians, and vegans. I’ve had almost every item off their menu, and have never been disappointed. Truly the most authentic Japanese spot around, and definitely the best, freshest, and most unique spot in the food court at Smith Haven Mall. Much respect for Yume Ramen!"

"Great food and service! We got buzzers to notify us when it was ready. I got the Kara-age ramen, and the broth was savory and creamy - absolutely delicious. The kara-age was served on the side, and it was crispy and seasoned well. Takoyaki is also one of my favorites and it was piping hot. One of my new favorite places to stop by while at Smith Haven."
