"This place is a joke, will not work with you in being flexible with appointment even when you have told them you work. The counselors are absolute garbage. Condescending, Only care about a paycheck, They certainly do not care about your mental health. Don't waste your time going there. Find an addiction counselor or place that cares like Save the Michaels where you will actually get the help you need and better your chances of not relapsing."

"10/10. Got admitted 291 Elm for Alcohol Detox. Made some amazing friends, the food was decent, and there was a ton of stuff to do to soak up the time while getting better. The Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Never thought I would be friends with a crackhead and heroin addict, but damn those are some of the realist people I ever met. After I got out, they set me up with a psychiatrist and a counselor, and its all been completely free thanks to NYS. I think I speak for everyone who needed a second chance when I say THANK YOU."
