"So I've been too this facility 2 separate times and I will honestly say this.. it is a nice treatment center with lots of potential but they are relatively new and need to get there act together in many different ways.. both of my interactions was negative due to Staff only not the actual building but they operate as one and ultimately take blame as one ! Now this wasn't just issues with me either but both times I was there I seen multiple patients have many issues with the staff so again I think they mean well but they have alot too work on."

"You were treated like a number instead of a name I was B2-A... When I wanted to leave the guy behind the counter said why so you can go get high!? Like really??? Guess what I didn't. And now I'm doing a wonderful outpatient program called Affect... Now I'm not saying that everything was bad but it certainly doesn't deserve the amount of stars that it gets"

"I didn't do the detox so I can only speak on the 30-day residential men's part; I would have given this place five stars considering it's a Medicaid place, but the medical side is so understaffed you're waiting hours in line to get your meds and when you first get here it could take you forever for you to initially get the proper medication you were on, so make sure you bring all the correct bottles of your medication and that they are not all bottles and are up-to-date. You will either get a one-man room or two-man room more likely, and all the rooms have at least basic cable and some of them have Smart TVs. ALL the staff and texts were nice and helpful as they could be. The food is pretty good and you can't get as much as you want, you could even goB_ through the line like four times, so you definitely won't go hungry."
