"I've been here for a CT scan. Everyone was friendly and cordial. I've most recently started getting blood drawn here so I don't have to drive to Cleveland. The lab staff aren't the friendliest bunch. I've never had a bad stick though, so I'll give them that."
"Very rude and disrespectful. Went in for blood work, wait wasn't too bad. Technicians were horrible. I am a hard draw. I know the trouble other places have had drawing my blood. I told the girl this, told her they have called ultrasound. I also told her they have better luck in my hand using a butterfly. She refused to listen and had a smart attitude (I KNOW MY BODY AND WHAT OTHERS HAVE DONE). She said this is taking entirely way too long. After 3 sticks in 3 different spots and moving the needle in and out and back in forth She had no luck. Guess what she got a butterfly and found a vein in my hand, got the 3 vials of blood. The place was dirty and they could careless. I will never go back."
"Every single time I come here I wait longer than I should. This time over an hour and 15 minutes. They have plenty of people back in the office to chit chat, socialize, and look out at how full the waiting room is... but apparently can't hire more lab techs."
"I use their laboratory services and both times I have been there I have been very pleased! I've had the same gentlemen both times and he was great! Very friendly and super fast! I have had issues in the past with people not being able to find my veins and being very bruised later in the day but he finds them with ease and I can't even feel him drawing the blood."
"Excellent staff and expert/detailed doctors at the Main Clinic and locally. At both locations, the office staff is hospitable and makes the visitors (especially those waiting) comfortable. Beverages are free and you can choose from gourmet coffee to other beverages available. The office atmosphere is very peaceful and the teams are outstanding. I had listened to classical music (my request) during my last MRI and was made very comfortable during an extensive on on the main campus (my first with the Cleveland Clinic a few years ago). In both cases the staff was very efficient, attentive, and caring."
