"Dr Rodriguez used to be the best. My kids loved going to his appointments. However, since he has expanded his office to the entire building, he is constantly rescheduling dental procedures. I understand the need to expand, but don't do it at the cost of your patients' health and wellness. In the last 3 years, every time my child has had a procedure scheduled other than a cleaning, it has been rescheduled and sometimes rescheduled more than once. The last straw for me was today when I was informed that my son's cavity filling that was originally scheduled back in July from a March cleaning appointment had to be rescheduled yet again. I wish Dr. Rodriguez the best in his endeavors, but he really needs to understand that to run a successful practice, you actually have to care about your patients."

"They took X-rays of my teeth but couldn't tell me anything so they just kept looking at me. Didn't get the help I needed. Will not return to this place ever again. It's ridiculous how long it takes just to get an appointment."

"They canceled my appointment without even calling to tell me , then rescheduled my appointment when I called to confirm my first appointment for a week later at 830, was going to fix my filling without even numbing me , finally ended up numbing me because my tooth is to sensitive and left me in the room for 40 minutes , until I decided an hour an 50 minutes was long enough for me to be sitting there when my appt was at 830am so come 950am I ended up leaving. They don’t care if you’re on a time crunch , have to work etc, won’t be going back ."
