"An amazing experience. Took my daughter in after another dentist butchered her mouth. They were very kind and compassionate. The dentist promised her they wouldn't even touch her teeth until she was completely numb. When she questioned them about when she would be able to have her top plate, they offered to give her a temporary plate until ask the other work was done. I HIGHLY recommend going here for your dental work."

"So many bad reviews about Aspen Dental in Niles, but I've been going there with my daughter for about 3 years now and we've never had a problem. The dental hygienists are always very friendly and do a very good job with cleaning and exam. One of the dentists come in and spends a few minutes with you and waits to see if you have any questions. I love that they have good hours and it's really easy to get an appointment that fits my schedule. No complaints, good professional service!"

"Free first visit at Aspen Dental. 5 Stars - I would recommend them! I feel like the Aspen Dental team did a great job working together to get me in, imaged, inspected, informed of my options and scheduled to get the needed treatment. Great job! I was greeted by the receptionist & got my initial visit paperwork completed, quick & easy. After waiting to be called, I had Sherri get me through all the x-rays & imaging. Sherri was sweet, kind, and funny. The hygienist inspected my teeth/gums and discussed her findings & recommendations. The hygienist was kind, quick, and efficient. The dentist, Ahmed Habeeballa, also looked over the images, very gently inspected my teeth/gums, & we went over what my next steps are going to be and some additional services I wanted more information on as well. I really appreciate that he was so gentle! Finally, I got to sit with their scheduler/costs person to go over my treatment plan going forward. The estimated cost options were broken down for me by procedure so I could see what to expect costs-wise going into. She took the time to show me the costs with and without certain procedures or options. We settled on a date & time for the first procedure and went over the costs & the amount I would be expected to pay at the time of service for that procedure. I really appreciated this service! It is such a relief to have an idea of how much will be covered by insurance versus what I can be expecting to pay for myself! Now I won't be panicking waiting for the bill to come in with some mystery amount. So that others have an idea of what to expect going into their first visit. I was in the building from about 7:04AM to 8:45AM. There was some down time between seeing one person and the next. Especially near the end; after the dentist and before the scheduler/costs person was about 15-20 minutes of waiting in the exam room as directed. In fairness, they probably needed that time to look up all the medical codes for the recommended treatment plans they recommend and cross-examine what your insurance covers etc. Remember to be patient with them while they are getting everything ready so you have a smooth experience! I really do appreciate that they offer this service and go over the pricing before you agree to anything! Also, when they are going over things with you, you can say that you do or do NOT want certain treatments/procedures and have your treatment plan tailored to your needs. If I am reading my treatment plant correctly, it would have been around $225.00 for all the imaging & exams with their free first new patient visit that they did for me with no insurance. You can always call and ask them about pricing as well. They are very helpful!"
