"This company will not look out for you. During the last wind storm, a family member’s home got damaged. Roof, siding, porch. Went to her insurance company, Miller FAMILY Insurance, and she was treated with nothing but disrespect. The agent offered an insulting amount of money without getting any quotes for repairs. Told the insured she wasn’t a bank and to take a trip to the Bahamas with the money- she didn’t care. This company boasts about serving the military - lies. My family member proudly served this country and has been treated like trash. I would not recommend insuring what is important to you with this sham of a business."

"Violet and Angela are the rudest, most unprofessional team of agents I’ve ever spoken too. Sold me a subpar policy that was only exposed because I had to file a claim. Once there was an open claim they refused to change the policy. They refused to work with the adjusters, they refused to keep me informed, the refused my business. I do not recommend this team of people or the insurance companies they offer. Open claims are stressful enough, these people compounded the problem by making me feel like it was my fault! Waste of time, energy, and money. Please don’t subject yourself to their laziness."
