"They don't start receiving until 09:00 and will not put you in a dock until then so I wouldn't show up early at all. Ring the door bell and wait outside the door to check in. It was partially open so I stepped in and they got bent out of shape over it. Some docks are inside. I backed in and was unloaded quickly, less than 45 minutes."

"I believe every bad review on this customer has to be because the driver came in early and tried to bully them into taking the delivery. I showed up 30 minutes prior and waited till 0900. Checked in, and was unloaded by 0910. It's all about how you present yourself and how you treat them. The gentleman that checked me in and unloaded me was polite, and also asked to pet my dog, (who was all for that). Great place. I will definitely return."

"Our driver was at this facility to drop off a load at 5 a.m. when an individual approached him, indicating that he would not unload the truck until 9 a.m.He used profanity and was extremely rude to our driver. To avoid escalating the situation, our driver left and returned at 9 a.m. Upon return, the same individual requested $100 in cash before unloading the truck. I called to complain to the manager after seeing that there was another review highlight where someone experienced the same EXACT thing that my driver did. This type of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. I am amazed this individual still has a job here. Please be aware of this prior to doing business with this company."

"My experience here was one opposite to the rest of the reviews. Upon telling the receiver guy with the glasses that I was there earlier and told to leave at 4:30 am and come back at 9, he went off on me. I simply was telling him I was there earlier. I told him I will think twice about running this load again in the future since parking is very important in our business and that set him off even more prompting him to use profanity in his rant and threatening to not unload me and/or to make me wait all day until he gets all the other trucks because he can. He eventually unloaded me, but I don’t know if this is him in general or he was having a bad day on this particular day. I don’t think I’ve ever spoken to anyone the way he spoke to me, and I will make sure he doesn’t get that opportunity again because I won’t return to this facility. I went in the office and spoke with a gentleman (manager) and explained the whole situation and left. Thank you sir for listening and also for speaking to me in a friendly voice. I appreciate your polite approach. It made me feel like a human being once again"

"Arrived at 9 for appt, got straight in the door, unloaded and out inside of 20 min. Guy that greeted and unloaded me was very friendly as well! Small place w one dock but plenty of room to maneuver."
