"I’m frustrated by now. I don’t usually look at my receipt till I get home. Last week I bought 1/2 gallon of milk. They charged me $3.00 even. To find out they rounded my Bill up to nearest dollar and the extra went to kids cents. Today I purchased my prescription which was 92.57 and was charged .43 for kidscents. I’m appalled both of these times I was NEVER asked if I wanted to round up to nearest dollar. Both of these happened in the prescription dept. The customer service rep should ASK AND NOT ASSUME"
"I called today to get an antibiotic and nasal spray filled. I was told the power was out earlier and they were running behind, so "it would be about 2 hours." 3 and a half hours later, I show up at the pharmacy to pick up the prescriptions and they haven't even called the other pharmacy to get them transferred. I asked how long it would be and they couldn't even give a time they would be ready. Then the pharmacist has the nerve to get smart with my girlfriend telling her "it doesn't take 2 seconds to transfer a prescription," in an annoyed manner. I told him first off your out of line to get nasty with a customer. Secondly, your staff shouldn't be misinforming sick people. It's your fault. You said 2 hours and 3 and a half hours later, no one has any answers. My time is valuable too. I told them to forget about filling it. I called Walgreens in Canfield and they had it taken care of within 30 minutes. In my opinion, at the minimum don't rely on the battery in their watches."
