"Instead of saying nicely that we don't have registers because of a power outage the older heavy set lady that was working at approximately 7:30 was extremely nasty, pointed at the window, and said we don't have registers and I don't care if you have something you need to pick up. Can't you read? She needs to be retrained on her customer service skills. I don't always have the greatest days either, but that is no reason to speak to someone the way she spoke to my husband. We probably will be switching to Walgreens after this where we went after to get gauze to dress his burn and they were very friendly."
