She suggested a color line I hadn't used before and while this was just a personal visit, my hair feels and looks AMAZING. Overall I had a great experience here."

Melissa has gone above and beyond her duties as a store manager to provide outstanding service during a covid induced lockdown. "I have been coming to this store for over 3 years now. Melissa is the store manager and she is AMAZING! She goes above and beyond her call of duty to figure out the right product for me, to place an order if she doesn’t have it in stock, and those customer appreciation days are the bomb that she puts together! And then when all other stores were closed through the covid shutdown, that girl was there shopping for us and doing curbside and keeping us safe. And every other girl who works there has always been on top of their game. I’m always greeted sweetly upon entering and they all are very helpful."

"I was at the shop last week and, as usual, left feeling uplifted. They are more helpful and knowledgable about the products then any of the salons I have been to. If they are out of my products, they suggest an equivalent substitute or make a note to call me when the products come in. It us always service with a smile, and if you are there on the right day, that Melissa has mini cupcakes for you to sample. During the worst of the pandemic, she was basically a one person employee. Now that is alone is a praiseworthy. Sure hope the company appreciates all of the employees that work at this place."
