"I usually never have issues coming to donate blood. Today I waited 50 minutes and no one said a word to me.. my appt was at 12:30 and people with appts later than me were seen first. Total disappointment today and I left without donating. Don't know if I'll be back"
"I had terrible experience donating blood there. I have donated blood before, but this is the worst experience. They came to our University for a blood drive. They dont weigh people to ensure people have the right weight. They didnt even ask whetger they have eated properly. I never had this much pain for needles for blood donation. They didnt even observe people after blood donation and let them go right away. After leaving I had blackouts continuously for low blood pressure and taken to emergency. This has never happened to me before. They should observe people after the blood donation, make them drink proper drink to keep the bp stable."

"been donating dual reds there since 09. Keep going because I believe in the cause. Sometimes staff forgets you are there for free & your available anytime. I usually walk in when I can instead of calling ahead. feel like the staff is bothered by this..sometimes. Also appears to be a lot of turnover and often feel like I'm getting poked by trainees. I stopped for a bit, but I need more good deeds on my life resume and this is an easy one."
