"UPDATE: Editing my review. After additional appointments with Dr. Steph, I am still very satisfied. I have decreased the frequency due to having relief in some of the neck and jaw issues I was having. I am no longer in the same level of pain as when I initially started. I am grateful to her compassion and finding a variety of methods that have helped work for my body. I also admire her dedication, which has led to me also working with Dr. Melissa and having dry needling done on my jaw. Between the both of them and working together in my areas of concern, I have finally found relief. Plus, they are both so pleasant to be around and I look forward to and enjoy my appointments. "I'm very grateful for the team at Inspired Chiropractic for helping my persistent hip pain. I've done a number of treatments at Inspired, ranging from a standard adjustment, dry needling, and the therapeutic massage. The massage with Kaden was very targeted and alleviated some tension. "I've been feeling so good lately so I thought I should share. I've experience lower back pain and neck pain since college. However, since following the advice and receiving treatment from the good people at Inspired Chiropractic, I'm feeling so, so, so much better. Stretches, massages, adjustments, a few changes to diet and I'm walking (and enjoying it), can stand and sit for long periods of time and I'm a happier person overall because of the decrease in pain. Everyone is kind and smart and good at what they do. You can't go wrong and choose incorrectly with the Chiropractors but I've recently started booking with Dr. Steph. She created a personalized exercise program that has made a difference along with the adjustments. I also have been to see Roxy. I mentioned to Dr. Sara I wanted to get off a medication and she suggested Roxy might be able to help. Which she did, a comprehensive test showed ways to make small adjustments in supplements and replace the medication with more natural ingredients. I know being off the medication and knowing more about my health in the test results is contributing to my overall wellness. I highly recommend Inspired Chiropractic & Wellness.
