"*****PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR HEALTH IN THE HANDS OF THIS DOCTOR/OFFICE ***** This office is absolutely ridiculous. The staff is rude as can be. My sister tried to get her prescription sent in, it’s taken two weeks, still to this moment she doesn’t have her medicines now, and she is completely out. When she called and started getting screamed at, It escalated fast so she hung up. She explained it all to me and as a pharmacy technician myself this is absolutely ridiculous. You do not scream or argue with a customer/patient over the phone. Nor is it in anyway shape or form okay to make a patient in need wait for over 2 weeks for their medicines. They just don’t listen to you. She has also tired to change pharmacy’s for months and they just won’t send them to the right pharmacy closer to us instead of 25 minutes away. My dad also is having the issue of them not letting him change his pharmacy. If you are looking for a good, listening, and considerate doctors and office, primary care home in general, this is not the place. If you care about being listen to and heard about your own health, please choose a different doctor!! They lost a patient today for not taking care of her as her insurance pays them to do."

"Dr Malvasi has been my doctor since he opened his practice. He is a very good caring doctor. His nurses Debbie and Chris, and whole staff are always nice as well."

"Been my doctor since he opened his practice. I love all the office staff that has retired or left for family reasons. They have all worked for him for many years. Dr. However is excellent! I have many relatives that have made the move from other doctors and love his skills compared to the other doc's they were going to. He has treated all 3 of my children and their families as well. Great health care! We absolutely love Debbie and Christine, they are great nurses! Doc has saved us from many hospital ED visits over the years! We love Dr. Phil!❤️"

"Do not go to this doctor to try to improve your health. He simply does not care and has not problem showing it. From the moment he walks into the room you can tell he won’t spend more than 4 minutes with you. My boyfriend lungs are so bad I can hear his wheezing across the room. This doctor says his lungs are fine. My boyfriend has had 2 heart attacks and his stents are over 13 years old but Malvasi won’t refer him to a cardiologist. Finally he went to him with back problems but was blatantly ignored. The only question the doctor kept asking was how the Zocor was working. My boyfriend does not take Zocor. I don’t know why patients would even bother going to this office unless they’re personal family or friends of his. Total tool!"

"I haven't personally met the doctor, however I have been going to his parking lot for several years to view the November Rain fireworks display. As the show was about to begin, Dr Phil sent someone to ask us to leave. The guy said that Dr. Phil was watching us on camera. The guy said we suggested we go to West Side Tire, so we complied, after all it is private property. However, November Rain is a 15 minute show. With this being a community event and Dr. Phil serving this community with his "family" practice, it would seem that he would support family activities such as this. He does not. I think this speaks volumes for him as a person and in all probability exemplifies how he would conduct himself as your physician. To me, this was a lost opportunity by Dr. Phil to use context clues and try to understand that nothing nefarious was happening in his parking lot. It was simply a family gathering to view fireworks. In summary, Dr. Phil doesn't seem to care about the Niles Ohio community at large, so he likely won't care about you as a patient either."
