Thought I’d call to order a birthday cake for my husband. Lady was very short and rude to me. Kept telling me to use the website. Didn’t have time to even listen. Needless to say I just said forget it, and went elsewhere."

You want lots of icing? Done You want less icing? Done What kind of party are they for? They got that too. Candles? Yes, in store there are even gifts & cards so you don’t forget anything. The cakes themselves? If you’ve had them, you know. If you haven’t? They are dangerously addictive & so, so good. The chocolate bundt seriously needs a warning label it’s that insanely delicious. They wrap up every cake so perfectly & this store in particular has the best customer service ever. If you are in need of delivery they can do that too. Just make sure you call ahead in plenty of time to get on the schedule. They are known for these Bundt cakes and rightly so because they perfected it."

They took their time to explain everything I needed to know, clearly passionate about what they do and offer! But the unexpected thing is the variety of gift ideas and options also present.
