"I have chronic hip pain. Matt was amazing. He really listened to me and where my pain was. He adjusted different exercises based on where I was at that session. My pain decreased and my ROM increased. He also is very good at explaining what is going on with the bones and muscles. Highly recommend his services all the staff is kind and very friendly."

"So, I have been in and out of of physical therapy places because the therapists at those places would keep increasing the exercises they gave me by five. Day one do five squats or five minutes on the bike. Day two they would say "well you were doing so well your first visit here. So we're going to add another five squats/minutes on the bike." They would keep increasing the exercises by five each visit. I was there to get help for my knee not be put through exercises like I was working with a personal trainer. Let me just tell you the physical therapists here are not like that at all. They work with you to help you get better. When you leave and come back, they ask you "how were you when you left here your last visit here?" They ask how you're doing and they adjust the exercises and stretches to fit your needs in order for you to get better. They know their stuff and interact with you. Keep in mind this is coming from someone who has been to several physical therapy places and I can say that I finally found some people that are honestly willing to help me and I'm finally getting better."
