"Catherine Coble, Licensed Optician at LensCrafters in Niles, OH is the best at adjusting glasses!! I have had plain, bifocal and progressive lenses and Catherine can adjust the frames so I can see without eye or neck pain. She goes beyond just the adjustment changing the nose pads, checking the frames for damage and making sure the frames sit correctly on my face. Catherine has also searched for the best price for new glasses spending time to find the best discounts. LensCrafters should be giving great care and compensation to this 5 - Star employee. If you have had glasses that do not sit right or that cause you pain and no other optician can fix - go see Catherine at LensCrafters in the Eastwood Mall in Niles, Ohio."

"Had my eyes checked and the staff at the front who did the paperwork didn't seem to know anything. Then when it was time to see the doctor he was in such a rush to go to lunch he messed my eyes up so bad that I am seeing double...Also when I tried to make an appointment to get my eyes re-chececked I kept getting hung up on being told that it's not their fault my glasses are the wrong prescription...."

"Came in because I was here from out of town and had sat on my glasses, bending them badly to the point I couldn’t wear them. Cathy helped to bend them back to a wearable shape, heated and fit them so they wouldn’t slip, and cleaned them up in no time! Honestly, they were lifesavers."

"Shout out to Melanie. She helped me pick out a pair of frames that worked well with my face. Stopped in here because the original place didn’t have what I was looking for. Thanks Melanie for your patience in my frame shopping."

"Terrible experience with my exam this year. All of a sudden they dilate your eyes for every exam which they have never done for my contact exams in the past. This would've been nice to know ahead of time because it was incredibly hard to get myself home. The staff is nice but just not worth it. The doctor literally messed up my prescription, it is reading that my eyes got better? Well, I haven't had surgery or anything so that makes no sense and I said my vision seems a little worse. I will be cancelling my contacts that were ordered and asking for a refund. I will get an exam somewhere else and get the RIGHT prescription. Waste of my time and money."
