"I just spent $400 and felt ZERO customer appreciation or quality nice shopping retail experience. this store is SO gross and messy, there was a line to check out with 20 people in it, it felt like i was in line for security at an airport. i am not sure why Zara just ignore this? I even started folding the shirts myself, such a mess."

"Worst ever experience in this location! When will the owners or responsible people start to respond to this problem? All fitting rooms are always closed. Check out desk is only on the 2nd floor with a long waiting queue line. Lots of merchandise and dresses are on the floor and people are stepping on them. Staff notice it and do not even pick them from the floor. And the next day we buy those items for the full price?! Staff are rude, they super slowly check out at the desk, and not even willing to customer talk. Please, do something with this mess. Lots of people are complaining. If this is the case and it continues, then this Zara site must shut their doors permanently."

"Never been to a Zara so poorly managed and staffed. 3 Workers for the entire store including Men’s, Women’s and Kids. Clothes everywhere, hangers on the ground, feels like you are in a looted store. They should just close this store and not put a stain on Zara brand."

"Horrible customer service! I went in to do a price adjustment for an item I purchased a day before the sale started. The store was destroyed! No men’s cash rep, 30 min in line and the staff got sarcastic with me. Manager was equally as unpleasant. “Sorry it’s not the answer you wanted but it’s the answer you’re getting” with a smirk on her face."
