"The costumer service and the way the employees present themselves at this store is embarrassing and unprofessional. On April 16th from 12-6 there were only 2 employees. Including the manager and the other employee (named lakeisha on the receipt). I asked the employee at the cash register why there wasn’t any dressing rooms open, the employee rolled her eyes and the manager replied in a snarky tone that “ they were short staffed with two of them so they not doing all that running around” In total, I had five dresses I was purchasing. I asked if I could return the ones that didn’t fit and they said yes. After checking out, I said have a good day and they both blanked stared at me. When returning to the store, planning to return the dresses that didn’t fit, I waited in line for 15 min while the employee was laughing with the costumer in front of me. After manager and employee finish checking the costumer out, the manager said to me “ you can wait”. As a stand there for a minute, she said “come on”. I start pulling out the 4 dresses that I was planning to return. The employee said “ you’re really returning all of that” and I said yes because I couldn’t try them on here and they didn’t fit”. The manager said “I’ll take care of this” and the other employee walks away. The manager then is talking on the phone through her airpods completely acting like I’m not a costumer in front of her. She didn’t even load my credit card with the money I should be getting back so hopefully I get reimbursed. She then stated” you not getting your money today and idk when” and then walked away!!! Coming from a person that works in the costumer service setting, this is unacceptable. It makes sense that there are so many bad reviews on costumer service because the MANAGER doesn’t even know how to act. No clue how she got that position and she will continue to not demonstrate proper costumer service to her current and incoming employees. Don’t work in a costumer heavy environment if you don’t have the skills to do so. Do better forever 21."

"My daughter wanted to try on a pair of $45 jeans cause she was alittle unsure of fitting. Was told nobody was available to be in the fitting rooms for her to do so. I said ok and could tell by her tone she wasn't interested in helping so i left it alone. Not like it was busy late afternoon. There was atleast 5 staff + manager there. Overheard one went to Subway. But yet nobody could assist real quick? You telling me nobody could let her in the dressing room for not even 5 minutes for her to try on? I wasn't about to bother asking the manager cause obviously if he trains them. Im guessing he wouldn't be much help either. We bought what we found and left. I will just remember next time not to ask no questions or in convenience them."

"Over the weekend, I stopped in here to buy accessories to go with my birthday outfit. I haven’t shopped in Forever 21 in over 6 years because I felt like I have out grew them. I was surprised to see how much they have improved on their products. Unfortunately, the accessory I purchased didn’t get used. Fast forward to This morning around 11: 50am, I went back into this location to make a return. When I got to the front counter, the two women behind the counter didn’t acknowledge me. One of them proceeded to walk to the back when the manager told her to assist me. She was a shorter older lady with most of her hair shaved with a pink bang. She turned to me with a snarl look on her face and said “ you doing a return” I replied yes. She turned to the same manager and told her this info. The manager still told her to assist me. Still not professionally acknowledging me. She says “you can come to this register”. I followed her to the register she was at. She put the bag on the counter, and handed her the receipt. I proceeded to tend to my 9 month old who was starting to get fussy. In a snappy way, she says “take it out the bag”. I was confused at first as I was still tending to my baby. She repeated again in a very irritable tone “take it out the bag”. At that point, I abandoned my 9 month old and took the ONE ITEM out of the bag. For the whatever reason she looked to her left at her other coworker, still looking very irritated. At that point I didn’t feel comfortable having her assist me anymore. I requested that she found someone to else to help me. She laughed in my face as it was comedy night at your local bar. I chose not to engage with her. The manager came and she assisted me in my return. The manager was professional, quick, and effective. I had planned on buying more items after the return because some things had caught my eye while initially walking up to the counter to do my return. But that cashier rubbed the wrong way. And forever won’t even get a dollar out of me for the candy they sell. I’m not sure who that cashier is. But she needs to retrained and guided on improving her customer service skills."

"Sigh. This place should be call Only 21 because those are the only people who can fit these clothes. I did purchase a cover-up that I'm excited to wear on Day at the Bay. The jump suit that I purchased in a large I couldn't zip up the side. I'm normally a medium."
