"Worst customer service Ever!!! Trying to speak with someone is nearly impossible since their phone number is disconnected. I even called the one 800 number and still couldn’t get any help. I purchased a dress from H&M and decided I didn’t want it so I exchanged it or thought that I was exchanging it and paying the difference but later when I check my receipt, I know it was never exchanged. I paid full price for the new dress that I bought and when I contact customer care and try to go back in and either retrieve the dress or get my money they told me that they can’t be sure that I didn’t already received the money and so I was out of a dress and the money that I paid for it. I contact customer care several times with the receipt and proof that the money never came back onto my card."
