"This is my second suit from Ticknor's in the past 5 years. Scott and the rest of the staff at the Beachwood store were very helpful assisting me with picking out a suit based on my budget and requirements. I needed a quick turn around on the tailoring due to an unplanned family event. They were able to make this happen ahead of time and and I will always be grateful for that. The suit fit perfect and looked great on someone who rarely wears a suit and tie! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ticknor's to anyone needing a suit."

"I like the style of clothing in this store, but I'm a bit skeptical about becoming a regular customer. I bought an outfit. The pants needed tailoring. They tailor them in-house, but it took 2+ weeks. When I finally got them and wore them, they started to come apart right down the middle of my butt after less than two hours of wear at work. My girlfriend took them back to be fixed, but when I inspected the fix, it still seemed a bit weak. I will have to take it to another tailor before I can wear them with confidence. The clothes are not terribly expensive, but they're certainly not inexpensive either. I do expect more for the price. I may shop here again, but if I do, I will be looking for things that require fewer alterations."

"I recently visited Ticknors Men's Clothier for a suit purchase and alterations. While their product range boasts high-quality items with a plethora of styles, colors, and designs, I found the customer service to be lacking. Regrettably, the staff appeared inadequately trained, displaying judgmental attitudes and resorting to uncomfortable pressure sales techniques. Moreover, their organizational efficiency was poor; I was required to actively follow up on the readiness of my altered suit rather than receiving timely notifications. Reflecting my mixed sentiments, I am inclined to assign a rating of 3 stars. Although the establishment showcases great potential owing to its superior products, substantial enhancements are imperative in refining their customer service etiquette and organizational protocols."
