"This company charged me $30 for no reason. I had made an appointment and when I asked about if my insurance would cover sleep studies, etc. I was told it would not, so I cancelled the appointment. The appointment was cancelled by the representative and I was never told that I would have a $30 fee. I had also taken my card information out of their system, but they must have had it saved somewhere as I was charged AFTER I took it out of the system. I have called a couple of times, tried to chat and received no resolution. It's hard to even get in touch with them."

"AVOID! Horrible client service! Not great patient care! Since corporations took over and fired over 100 employees, it is seldom to none that you are able to reach anyone. You get told that no one is available and sent to voice mail or prompted to leave a message and someone will contact you by the end of the day. Either way, they ignore the calls. I have been waiting weeks now for a return call regarding my teenage daughter, and continue to call in and leave messages. I have even left a message with a lady answering and telling them it's urgent. I was sent to a direct voice mail, and never received a call back. Ognomy is one of the worst doctor offices to work with, along with the company they bought out, Sleep Centers of WNY! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS if patient care is important to you."

"DO NOT USE OGNOMY. Probably the worst experience I've ever had with a healthcare provider. They took about 2 months to get me in for my first consultation after being referred from my doctor. Their online portal is terrible and is not intuitive at all. Then after my first call, it took another month or so before I could actually take the test they needed me to take. Then when I go to log on for my call to review my results, they gaslight me and tell me that I missed my appointment, even though I was 10 minutes early. I received no confirmation text or email about the time of my appointment and was trusting the time the woman on the phone told me. They charged me a $30 no-show fee. Then when I called the help line, they told me that their next available appointment was a month from that day. Overall, a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend that anyone use them unless they enjoy being frustration, delays and incompetence."

"Nobody in this company seems to have a clue what they are doing! They overcharged us for a doctor visit by $135 and claimed it was because they couldn't run our insurance benefits (yet they were able to clearly see our deductible and coinsurance amounts). Had to cancel our Inspire implant because they never shipped out the home sleep study equipment, which was required to be performed prior to implant and delayed the implant. Nobody knew why it hadn't been shipped out as scheduled. Finally got someone on the phone that said we needed to pay for it first and then they would go ahead and ship, yet nobody even knew the amount we needed to pay or had notified us payment was needed. Every single time you called them, the person on the phone had no clue about anything you asked. They would say someone would return your call to help you, but they never would. Had to stay on top of them every step of the way, and they continuously dropped the ball! Do not use this company unless you absolutely have to!"

"I found Ognomy after dealing with sleep issues for years. The doctors and staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, which was a refreshing change of pace from my previous sleep care. They were able to quickly schedule me for a sleep study, and diagnose my issue. The diagnosis was life changing for me and the app makes it incredibly easy to interface with my doctor and their support staff. Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and attentive. I can honestly say it’s the best health care I feel I’ve ever gotten from a provider. Absolutely recommend!"
