"Three starts for effort. If you need to see someone good luck getting in three to four months. The center was a referral from another specialist because I had just moved to the area and needed to put together a team. I left another Endo to come here. Overall, very underwhelming. The staff and everyone is always nice but the office seems too busy all the time. Getting responses via my chart is the most efficient way of communicating sometimes. At least they are responsive. They lack a diabetes nutritionist or couldn’t even refer one. I’m always asking question and have been very clear that I want to get pregnant. They don’t provide any resources. I basically have done all the research myself. I just feel like the care here is not what I expected. I was thinking of switching to another endocrinologist within the office but I don’t think it could improve much if I can’t trust their care. Feels just like my old doctors that I couldn’t trust. I gave them a year and a half. Also, they are very tied to the T-slim X2 pump, which was a total waste of effort and time for me. I clearly stated that I couldn’t do the wires. I ended up getting a second new pump within 9 months. I’m leaving the center to go back to my previous endo."

"Oh my God so bad!!! Dr Yum - can't remember his name - was the worst!! He was keep yelling and yelling at me (!!) about my own condition- it was horrible! That's not how you treat a patient! He should be in jail!! The woman on the phone who was supposed to educate me about my diabetes sounds like she just woke up - no matter what time I called the number. She was rude as well."

"As a lifelong client of Naomi Berrie Diabetes Center, I can say the services that are provided now are the worst I have experienced in my entire life. This place was always proactive with the patients but now it seems they are simply cutting way too many corners and cutting into too much of my time to get nothing back for the services that I pay for. I'm severely disappointed with the help I've tried to receive."
