"Edit: After seeing the PA’s Jenna and Wayne, they are amazing. They listen, they research, they follow Up and are compassionate. All of the nursing staff ROCKS ( except one that I only dealt with once) Hear me out. If you have had a bad experience with one of the doctors, do not hesitate to see one of the PA’s. Or NP’s. They are sometimes better than dealing with the docs that have a lot going on, and a lot on their plate. Especially now that our healthcare worker shortage is in crisis. The Doctors are still involved in your care, they are just getting a different perspective from a different set of eyes. I am thankful for them beyond belief. And thankful that Dr. Pal continues to put up with me, and my sometimes horrible mouth. You all have really come through for me with my recent challenges, and I appreciate you all more than you will ever know."

"This is one of the worst, most unprofessional, most uncaring, rudest practices I've ever been to! Refused to do HCG levels testing, refuses to proscribe me my phyc meds, has LIED on NUMEROUS occasions, and Reception is EXTRAORDINARY rude! Not to mention, when they don't want to talk to you, they just simply don't answer the phone. Do NOT waste your time, or money! Him and his practice is a joke! -100 stars!"

"If you’re “overweight” be prepared to be told that’s The root of all your problems. It’s normal for a 30-year-old to have severe fatigue, migraines, Neuropathy, edema and a plethora of other symptom's and concerns that NEEDED to be addressed. Dr Gill will do the bare minimum and not let you get a word in regards to your concerns. (Also they missed my mom’s cancers for months….) (my sister was given flexoral for arthritis) This office is down bad. Emma rules though. The nurses are amazing."

"There is zero communication, do not return voicemails and gave me false information. I was told during two different conversations “I don’t know what to tell you”, and a third conversation I was told “if you want to speak to someone then you would need to schedule an appointment”. I was told they would not prescribe me my thyroid medication and that I need to go see a specialist. I explained to them, I saw a specialist for the past 2 years and the specialist sent me back to my primary because everything was good. The only thing the specialist found was that my thyroid was slightly off, which for the past two years have been in the normal range. I told my specialist this and they said they should not have a problem prescribing the medication. My specialist even faxed updated bloodwork that I had done two days before, which showed my hormones and thyroid levels are all in the normal range. When I told them I wouldn’t be able to get in with another specialist before my thyroid medication runs out, they said “then I better hurry up”. Mind you, I’m in the process of trying to conceive which is why I went to the specialist in the first place. Keeping my thyroid levels in the normal range is especially important at this time. What makes it even more frustrating is that all of this occurred after I already went in for a regular check up with them over the summer. At this time, I explained to them that my specialist said I’m going to need to start getting my thyroid medication through them soon since I will no longer be their patient which is a positive thing. At that time, I was told “absolutely, no problem, just let us know and we will start that”. I spent the last three months calling and leaving voicemails asking for someone to contact me. They never once returned any of the voicemails. Out of these three months, I was only able to get in contact with someone 3 times when calling. I’ve never left a review about anything before but as a patient I would expect more from a doctor and their staff. I have been a patient of Dr. Pal's for several years but typically only end up needing to go in for an annual checkup. I never felt great about their office but it wasn't a big deal to me since I only go once a year. However, this situation showed me a lot about their office and how they handle things. I'm currently looking for a new primary doctor."

"yep, I'm going to look for another PCP. recent appointment he bold faced lied to me. the bedside manners are that of a waiter in a busy restaurant... not what I expect from a professional doctor. scared to continue as a patient of that office with him or his wife. maybe time for them to retire from this practice."
