Campus Villa Apartments

"Lived here from 2019 to 2020. As other people have said, the price is incredibly low. If you can be in the basement of one of the lower apartments (I think it's A-D), then you only have to share a bathroom with one other person. That being said, there were some huge maintenance problems. The one that helped me decide to leave was when water started leaking though the bathroom ceiling. It took them months to repair it, and in the meantime it was a disgusting and unhygienic situation. It's a good place to live if you're extremely low on money, but if you're have money to go somewhere else, I'd choose that."

"It has a very good price for this area. Maintenance here does a good job taking care of work orders, and they're not trying to take your money away every cleaning check."

"I would almost recommend living in your car before this dump. I did two contracts with them and they didn’t charge me utilities for the entire first contract—I just assumed they were including it in the price of rent? So when I did my second contract, they charged me utilities twice for the entire year to make up for their mistake. The parking lot is a joke—way too small. I failed the final cleaning check because their instructions weren’t clear on what I was supposed to clean. When I reached out to them afterwards they were extremely dismissive. I was also required to clean my roommate’s filthy mess that I didn’t contribute to at all (I never used the stove/oven the entire contract). They then charged me $35 an hour out of my security deposit to pay for 3 hours of labor for the cleaning people, (cleaning would have taken 1 hour max) for a total of $105. I would 11/10 not recommend. Seriously, pay an extra $50 rent and go pretty much anywhere else."

"For the price it is the absolute best you can get! The building is old and the apartments are a bit run down, but they are spacious and the ovens/ washing machines work well. I was also very impressed with legend real estate while I lived there. They were responsive fixing things and not annoying about checks and things. The only downside is parking is pretty impossible to get at night."

"You get what you pay for to the max. It’s cheap and great if that’s what you need, so I can’t complain about the fact that what you get is a little rough. Mold all over the bathroom, random garbage out front, carpets coming up (that look 15-20 years old), peeling paint... I’m dubious that BYU Housing would approve if they saw the apartments. No real problems with management but seems like there’s a fee for everything if they decided they didn’t like you. Parking situation is a little rough but that’s not their fault. Basically, you get what you pay for but it’s disappointing that they let their apartments go so much. Stay away unless you’re willing to put up with the cruddy conditions / need to live in this area"
