"We lived here from 2019-2020 and had a great experience. As BYU students it doesn't get better than a 5 minute walk to campus. Never had any issues with the management-- we only moved to get a little more space when the time came. This complex is a good fit for a student couple with no kids on a budget."
"We lived here last year, and loved it! The landlords are great. Very friendly and helpful, they always told me that they wanted us to just be able to enjoy living there, and that they were there to take care of any and all issues we might have. The apartments are nice, for the price and location they are very competitive. 5 minute walk to campus. If you can find a contract at Inca Villa, I would highly recommend moving in."
