"Having lived here about a year I am really happy with the social environment, the maintenance of the apartment and complex, and the efforts management makes to sponsor social events. These have made alpine village a very positive experience I would recommend to anyone looking for a private room in Provo"

"Living here at this location is the best!!! Management was was really helpful and amazing, this young woman by the name of Hannah was just so great at her job! As soon as I walked into the office Hannah greeted me as if I was her friend. Living here is great, the community is awesome and I love the amenities. I couldn’t have made a better choice living at alpine village, thank you so much for all your hard work Hannah."

"The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because giving negative stars wasn't an option. This was one of the worst living situations that I have ever had in my entire life. They drastically overcharge for the quality of the living space and the facilities available to the residents. Half the amenities seem to not work, or are in a condition that you wouldn't want to use them. Management seems to write more apology letters to these scathing reviews than answer the office phones because I remember calling literally 17 times in a row before I was able to talk to someone. Don't make my mistake and throw away your money at this dump. I would've been happier sleeping in my car all of fall semester."

"I lived at Alpine Village three years ago and I still gag whenever I see it. My roommates were so awful I had to move out within three months of living there. The place was a dump and they charge you so many random fees. When I moved in the floors were BLACK—they hadn’t been cleaned for YEARS! Not to mention the mold in the washer. Please please please spare yourself and live somewhere else. Also, the management (or just Redstone Residential) was awful. They had my phone number memorized by the time I left because I had so many issues with my apartment that they weren’t fixing. Take your money and live somewhere better."

"I really enjoyed living here for the most part! Lots of fun people and it's a very nice spot. Management will pinch every penny out of you wherever they can even when completely dishonest. If you don't want to be stolen from by a lousy bunch of con artists, then maybe this isn't the place for you. Good luck."
