"Been renting a warehouse for a couple of years. 2 day notice they tore up in front of my building. Been a week and still all tore up. Next door neighbor makes it impossible to do anything as well as they are constantly blocking my front entrance. I'm trying to find a replacement space"
"If you're looking for affordable housing in the Provo area, keep your eye on Dean's website and open listings. Great company with fantastic management. They're always willing to help and are extremely quick to perform maintanence and make repairs when needed, and will even help out with items that technically fall under the tenant's responsibility. We have been lucky enough to be renting from DC Dean for a little over three years, and it has been an amazing experience. On top of that we have referred a few friends to rent from them as well and they have loved it as well. Overall a great company, great management, and great owners."
"TERRIBLE!!! We had our stuff in storage there for 2 months, and in that short amount of time it was broken into and a lot of our belongings were stolen. When we filed a police report, the officer said that this is the most broken-into storage facility in the state. DO NOT store your stuff here!"
"I lived in Dean Rental apartments on 1020 E. It's not the cutest place on the outside but whenever ppl come over to visit they say I fixed it up really nicely on the inside. All utilities are included so in the winters I crank up the heat without worries and its like summer in here:) But my particular unit in the summer can get pretty hot because there's only 1 A/C unit in the living room so the 2 bedrooms stay warm. 1 of the rooms gets ridic HOT and I had to put a fan in my bedroom. There is no dishwasher. There is also only a washer hookup not a dryer hookup-which is kinda weird. The apartments are about a 30 second walk to the laundry facility BUT that gets expensive really quickly! SO i found a dryer that you can just plug into a regular outlet in the wall and it's in the kitchen. The apartment has enough room for me. They are pretty good at coming over to fix whatever."
