"We reside in a flat at The Pearl which is a remarkable new waterfront building in Daybreak. As with any new construction, there are inevitable maintenance tasks that arise. However, the maintenance team, Kona and Jose, has been exceptional in promptly addressing and resolving any issues that arise. They handle maintenance requests with professionalism and typically completing them within 24 hours. We would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to them for their outstanding service."

I just moved from out of state, and the leasing team was super helpful throughout the whole process, especially Bridget. Maintenance is great as well! I would definitely recommend this community if you are looking to move to Daybreak. Very pleased with everything so far!"
