Olympus at Daybreak

"I have been living at Olympus at Daybreak for a few months now and I can honestly say that it is one of the best decisions I ever made. The staff, including Christian, Halle, and Tony, are always friendly, helpful, and responsive. They go above and beyond to make sure that the residents are happy and comfortable. The grounds are well-maintained and beautiful, with plenty of green spaces and amenities. The environment is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The apartments are spacious, modern, and cozy, with everything you need to feel at home. I love living here and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality place to live."

"My husband, 2 kiddos and I were lucky to call Olympus at daybreak home for a little over a year. We moved here from out of state, not knowing anything about the area, and somehow got lucky enough to have landed in daybreak. The location is perfect. It is a very safe, clean, and fun neighborhood! Olympus often had little “celebrations” for holidays in their clubhouse, with yummy treats. My toddler and I loved going! His favorite time was the day they had donuts. Not only was the community beautiful, but the interior of our home was gorgeous. Modern, newly renovated, and home-y. The staff in the leasing office were also amazing to work with. They were very prompt with maintenance requests which was a relief! The maintenance team was prompt, efficient, and accurate with their repairs. Christian, one of the managers, was extremely helpful. He was great about quickly returning my calls and following up on maintenance requests. There is no doubt we would still be at the Daybreak apartments to this day. But, we recently welcomed a new baby to our family and needed a lot more space! After moving out, I had some packages get accidentally shipped to my Daybreak address, and Carmen was very helpful in helping me sort it out and to make sure my packages were there for me to pick up. We loved our experience so much we ended up moving to their sister property. It is a pleasure to still work with some of the awesome staff I got to know through living at Olympus at Daybreak!"

"Toney helped us with our water heater. He performed at a level higher than that of any maintenance worker at any complex I have been at. He gave us several possibilities of what could be wrong, verified the issue, then educated us on every step of the process. From telling them the issue, to it being fixed, was less than twelve hours, when I've had to wait several days previously."

"We love Tony! He's never failed to be prompt and professional, and everything he's fixed has stayed fixed. Every time we've needed him, he's shown up on the same day, only an hour two after we submitted the request. Fantastic, by far the best maintenance we've ever had in an apartment"
