"Overall a good place to live, just has the typical shenanigans which is fine. Couple tips if you move in: Everyday is leg day Make sure you take your furniture all the way apart or buy smaller stuff that fits up the stairs. Don’t leave the trash out. Idk what the fine is but they tried charging us for our neighbors once. They are very strict and rightfully so. Prepare to lose 60-80% of your socks in the laundry Watch for dog poop even on sidewalks Document everything and take photos and video before you move in or right as you move in. They are charging us for blinds that were bitten on by a teething baby. It’s stupid but just double check your place when you move in and document so they don’t charge you a few hundred dollars extra when you end your lease."

"Moved in recently and I love the townhomes! They were super clean, nice and smelled wonderful. I had a few things that I needed maintenance to check and they were very nice and super helpful! Love that everything is so close by like shopping and dinning."
"Run!!!!!!!!!! The only good thing is maintenance is timely. Parking here is horrible! The apartments signed a document stating we can move out on a specified date. We gave them keys back weeks before that date but paid through the agreed date. Now we are being billed for rent beyond that date. And $250 for “painting over hand prints on the walls”. They are trying to rip us off even though we have done everything as agreed. Run! So you aren’t ripped off. All of this is proven in legal documents. Here is just a little of how clean we left the apartment."
