"After signing all the rules related to the HOA, very few parking rules are enforced by the HOA. In there defense a lot of this problem is due to many of the townhouses being purchased by investors who then rent out to anyone they can regardless of HOA rules. The investors obviously don’t read the HOA rules because if they did they wouldn’t cram their townhomes with SUU students. Due to the influx of SUU students here, parking is being so overrun and no one can find parking. Visitors are never able to find a spot to park because SUU student renters park in all the visitor parking. If you are a family, i wouldn’t recommend living here unless the SUU students are no longer able to rent all these townhouses."
