"The apartments it self are good. But the management is horrible. We can't get anything done. If you want it down, you better keep badgering."
"The staffing here was unbelievable, the service sucked. I lived here with my boyfriend for over 9 months, the apartments are not level. There were multiple large holes in the walls when we moved in, and there were cracking in the walls from the apartment not being level. If you are against smoking or don't like It I wouldn't recommend living here, we couldn't get the small of ciggarets out from our apartment and the smell kept coming back no matter how hard we tried. And to warn you we had our rent raised after living there for 4 months, and by the time we got our deposit back they had taken out 170 of the 500. When we left we patched all holes in the walls, we paid for the carpets to get shampooed (which they were cleaner when we moved out). There was mold in the bathroom when we moved in. And the microwave that came with the apartment was faulty, and the stove/oven was lined with tin foil when we moved in to cover the stains. The A.C. unit didn't work too well and when you turned on the heater it smelled terrible. I would highly recommend not moving into this apartment you can find somethi by cheaper in cedar city that is a ton nicer than this place. We hated the 9 months that we lived here, just keep your eyes open and you'll find something better."

"The kitchens are nice, but they say its a family atmosphere but it isnt. They dont allow the kids to play outside and we were asked ti leave because we did. It's more a druggie kind of place."
