"We lived at Canyon View Apartments for 7.5 years. We went from being just a young couple, to being pet parents, to being married, to being parents of 2 beautiful babies. We have lived some of our most memorable years here. I cannot say enough good things about Lynette, the property manager. She has been so kind, helpful, and understanding. Every communication we have had has always been professional, yet so friendly. We feel that we have gained a friend. CV is running beautifully because of the constant hard work that she does. Maintenance issues were always handled promptly and with dedication to finding the cause of a problem. Glen is friendly and has a lot of knowledge about different subjects and anything he didn’t feel confident about, he took the time to learn how to do. The grounds are well kept and accommodating. Our children loved the playground and there were plenty of other kids around for them to play with. The clean, well-maintained pool was always something we looked forward to each summer. One of the biggest perks was being able to have pets. We have a dog and a cat. The apartments were kind enough to provide multiple doggy clean up stations, stocked with plenty of bags. As far as I can tell, Cedar City does not have many pet-friendly rentals, so make sure to clean up after your pets and keep them leashed. I just want to say thank you so much Lynette and Canyon View Apartments for letting us call this place home for so long."

"I have been living here for almost two years with my fiancé and cat. We have had an awesome experience. The apartments are very spacious and open with a lot of natural sunlight! They’re so cute and we love it. Management is also amazing. I love Lynette and Wendy! They’re so helpful and hard working. They’re also really flexible and willing to work with you. Such a great place to live!"

"The apartment manager is not accommodating to people with disabilities. Had to legally battle to be able to keep what I need for my disability. I almost died because of it. The first line of that review was also on Facebook but I believe the apartment manager has taken off reviews since then. Interesting how there have been only a couple reviews for years and now in the past week there have been 6 new ones. Makes me wonder if that manager said anything."

"I love Canyon View Apartments! Lynette and her entire staff are simply amazing. The grounds are immaculate, the pool and Jacuzzi are so clean and fun. There are onsite laundry facilities as well as hookups in our units. Any repairs are handled immediately, with courtesy and respect. These apartments are pet and kid friendly. It's quiet, safe, and we don't ever have to shovel snow. I have found the other tenants very friendly. Lynette is mindful of the applicants, and screens individuals very well. My daughter and I love our spacious, sunny apartment! It's a great place to call home!"
