I was contacted within a couple of hours with information about how to ship my headphones. I did that day and within a day I had receive test results and a quote. I authorized repair and receive the headphones all within a week of starting the process. I don’t know how you can do any better than that. I would highly recommend this company.."
"They did an excellent job repairing my Bose QC15. It took 10 days including to/from shipping time. They got back to me with a diagnosis and a repair cost on the day the received my headphones. Once they received my approval the work was done in a day. They created a video showing my headphones were working. At that point I paid them via PayPal. They shipped it back via USPS priority mail that offers tracking. I would highly recommend them for headphone repairs."
