"I needed my phone screen repaired and my insurance sent me to this location. When I called to schedule the employee told me they don't have the parts to fix my phone. I asked if they'd be getting them in or could order them and all I got was a "nope, sorry, we don't have the parts". Called another location, SAME COMPANY, and they were super professional and helpful. They ordered the part and will have it in about a week. My husband had a similar issue with this location a few months ago. Will avoid this location for any future repair needs."
"Vinny was awesome at assessing my cell phone and giving an honest opinion, not just interested in taking your money! He truly wanted to assist in resolving our issue in the best way possible, even if it meant not making money. I would definitely recommend stopping by their shop if you are having issues with your cell phone. As far as pricing is concerned, for reference, a screen replacement for iPhone X was running about $170 at Vinny’s vs $270+ quoted at Best Buy."
"I tried to make an appointment online and get the $10.00 off this place was offering. After a few attempts it did not allow me. I went to the store in Sandy today 10/28/2020 around 11:30 am and the man at the store was very unprofessional, rude and was not helpful at all. As if this was not enough, he did not even honor the $59.00 price advertised in this website. He wanted to charge me almost 80 dollars to replace the battery of my phone. Unfortunately I did not see his name tag. But this is an older man with no customer service skills whatsoever. I just hope he is not the owner or the manager..."
"Couldn’t have been better! I dropped my phone and after that the back camera would not focus. I didn’t even know about these guys until I googled “iPhone Repair”. I scheduled an appt online at the Sandy store. Work was done in about an hour and the phone works great. Was able to use the coupon to get a new battery for half price too. Price was reasonable, much less expensive than getting a new phone. Highly recommend"
"Very quick in accepting the phone for service, asking a few questions to confirm what I thought I needed. I came back about a hour later (longer than they said it would be) and the phone was ready. Turned on right away and showed almost full battery. I have used it a couple of days and it is great! the battery lasts much longer than before and the phone looks perfect. Thank you!!!"
