"Dave is definitively my go-to HVAC guy. I initially found him when looking for a whole home humidifier (which he did a great job on at a great price), but he has since helped with a number of other issues as they've come up. The things I really enjoy about working with Dave: 1. He is SUPER responsive. It is often very difficult to reach sole proprietors and I'm not interested in working with huge service companies. 2. His prices are very reasonable 3. He's been very willing to help me diagnose issues without charging me. For example, he showed me how to do the humidifier's annual maintenance, and on a separate occasion, he walked me through troubleshooting steps for my furnace. I really value working with service people who I can build a relationship with and create a personal track record and trust over time. Dave is that guy."

"The furnace stopped working at my 81-year-old mom’s condo in the middle of a 20-degree night. I found Dave because of these reviews, and every positive thing people have said is absolutely true. He answered my call at 7am, was there by noon to look at it, made some adjustments and analyzed the result of each one, and then explained it to me in plain English. He was honest and said he really didn’t know what the problem was but that he got it working after he disconnected and reconnected a few things. The furnace is 20+ years old, so I asked him for a quote on a new one. He quoted a price for a furnace plus an A/C unit that was equal to what we’d gotten for just a furnace previously. He said he could install it in 5 days and that he’d come back if the old one stopped before then. He got it installed and running and will be back in early spring to fill the A/C with Freon. I highly recommend Dave for his skill, punctuality, dependability, communication, and organization. Use him - you won’t be disappointed!"
