"Honestly, I would avoid this place if I could. I made an appointment online to have my phone screen and frame repaired. The soonest appointment was several days out (no big deal) but then once there they didn't have my screen and frame in stock, despite me listing in detail in the online appointment request what I was going to need. Then, the guy who helped me (while he was kind, he was also hard to talk to) didn't explain things very well and was very quiet. Getting information felt like it was very uncomfortable for him (which made it awkward for me as the customer). He assured me the part was ordered (this was on a monday) and it would come in by some time on Friday and they'd call me once it was ready. I waited until the following Thursday before following up and spoke with a different gentleman who was much more approachable and spoke more easily about it. He explained that those parts are on back order and it would be months. He didn't know why the other gentleman hadn't told me that. We ended up ordering the parts online and doing it ourselves for cheaper snd had the parts within days. The whole experience just left a bad taste in my mouth. It felt unprofessional and when working with my phone, that didn't sit right with me."
"Absolutely destroyed my phone screen. They were 100 dollars cheaper than another local shop and had the parts for my note 7 pro in stock. Screen works perfect and it was done in maybe just over an hour."
"Andrew is great. I came in for a data transfer after my screen broke (they are the only ones nearby who can transfer the data without charging you for a full repair) we had issues with supplies, but despite that, Andrew was both able and willing to help me over a couple different days to get all the data I needed."
"Had the screen on my S23 ultra done here. So far so good. Only complaint would be that the only location that had the parts I needed for my device in stock was 70 miles away from my home with an estimated repair time of 4 hours. Additionally they don't share store inventory with eachother so I had to call every location from my house to the store that had the parts myself. Well worth it though, screen looks great! Thanks guys!"
"They had the screen for my phone in stock, and had my phone all done in an hour! The other places I checked had a 3 to 5 day part order time and cost about $50 more! I will definitely be going to uBreakiFix first, next time I need a phone repair."
