"I needed to get my ring resized, so I called Jared and asked if they were able to resize rings not purchased at their store. The lady on the phone was like yeah for sure just bring it in whenever. I walked into the store and the lady at the front asked me if my ring is a real diamond, and I was like no I think that it’s moissanite, she double checks it with the diamond scanner thing and said yeah I can definitely tell this is moissanite and not real diamond. She told me that they will only work on real diamonds here, and I’ll need to go somewhere else to get my moissanite ring resized. The conversation that I had in store had a negative tone, and it was just a weird atmosphere and I left feeling super weird & kind of embarrassed. It’s totally fine that they don’t work on moissanite rings!! I just think that it could’ve been put better or asked on the phone before to coming in."

"My wife and I came to this location after my ring fell apart on our wedding day. The first time I put it on, the blue accent band separated from the ring. The employees we talked with gave us the runaround and said there's nothing they can do since it was purchased ~9 months ago (my wife bought it shortly after we got engaged when we discussed ring styles that II liked). It sat in her closet until our big day this last weekend. So essentially, we received a $300 defective product, but didn't realize it until our wedding day when she actually gave it to me to wear. We offered proof of our wedding date (pictures, marriage license, etc.), but they weren't interested - they weren't going to do anything anyway. The employees said they can't offer any sort of refund since it was past the 30 day return policy. They said we could purchase an $85 warranty and then request a replacement. We decided to go that route and take our chance on another copy of this ring. 5 minutes later they said they can't do that either. No partial refund, no store credit, no discount towards a new ring, nothing. But they certainly offered to sell us another full price ring! Please... You already stole $300 from us, you're not getting any more of our money."
