"Pretty much any other burlington is great, but the clothes were very poorly organized, and half weren't even on their hangers, and I only saw 2 employees the whole time. The guy at the register was incredibly slow at ringing people up, and it took about 30 minutes to get through the line that people around me were saying was pretty normal in length. The line speed not only doubled but got about 3.5x faster when the other girl showed up."

"I love Burlington. They have a great selection of stuff, I could spend all day there. The only reason for 3 stars is the customer service, which is usually pretty great except this one lady. I called the store to ask if they had an item before I drove there since I didn't live in Orem. She was extremely rude saying she couldn't help me cause she had a line of customers then hung up on me when I was in the middle of asking a question. Just disappointed with this one bad experience.. every other time has been great."

"This store is awesome! The manager on duty Tory was so nice and helpful. She complimented my outfit and brightened my day. She had a big smile the whole time and was super friendly to everyone in the store. I could tell she was working her butt off to keep the store tidy as well as she helped me find what I was looking for. Even helped at the checkout. She’s awesome and honestly is the reason I’ll be returning to this store! 5 stars!"

"Hello, I remember going to this store a few years back, and it was very much organized and not messy. Employers were stocking the isles and making sure that everything was put into place. There are people who come into the store and do whatever they want, they leave things on the floor and misplace the items. There also needs to be more security, because I saw that there were some items that were missing from their original place. They need to close at least a day or so to organize and clean the store. This gives a bad representation."
