"Solid team, solid selection, solid customer service! I have been ordering from FFF in Orem for some time for a good deal of my fly tying needs. You want it they got it! Shipping turn-around time is always on point and packaged well. I ordered the wrong size Orvis Hydros and in opening the package realized right away. I looked on the site and noticed that the reel was no longer on sale at the price I purchased it at. I messaged the Fly Fish Food team and let them know my issue. I emailed back and forth with Cade and he was fantastic! Not only was I able to get the size corrected but I was also able to add some backing to my order. Letting them know I had a trip coming up in the PNW I changed my initial shipping address and once again after they had received my initial returned reel the new reel and backing was on its way quickly! I will continue to support this shop for online orders and plan to get down there one of these days for an in person visit. Cheech, Lance, and Curtis, keep doing what you are doing your teams kill it!"
