"The friendliest person helped me with an Amazon return!, But, unfortunately, the apparent manager was not very pleasant. I arrived at the store at 8:58 p.m., 2 minutes before closing. At 9:01 p.m., the apparent manager yelled an announcement to the three of us in line at Amazon returns that the store closed at 9:00 p.m. The woman in the front of the line looked at the manager stunned as if to say "what would you like me to do?" The next person in line said "well. I am ready to leave as soon as I get help." I said. "Would you like me to leave the store?" The woman hesitated and said "no, but we closed at 9:00!". I completed my return and left the store at 9:04 while lots of folks were still in the store and waiting for a cashier. I know it's difficult to find good help now. But I hope Kohl's can do better. Fortunately. I am almost always treated wonderfully at Kohl's and I'll keep coming back."
"Its very clean there. The prices look amazing right now. I ha e lived down the street from there for years now and I'm really stupid for not going in this places sooner. They are uaving fantastic sales right now."
"This was a very clean and organized Kohls. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store has the clothes sections separated to where they make sense and the branding is easily seen.
