"So, I went in into tj maxx to buy some house hold items and i have to return a blender that didn’t work nor was blending the food properly the girl at the checkout that was helping me her name is Sara She was being rude the entire time I was just trying to keep my cool, but my attitude started to snap. She didn’t even return the receipt. I had to call manager and then I told her that I wanted she refused to give me cash and she wanted to put it back on my debit card, which is absolutely fine. It’s just frustrating because I have to wait for the money. I’ve had a bad experience at TJ Maxx up until Sara help me out"

"I was given a gift and it was the wrong size. I went to return & get a gift card and they couldn’t without my id. Which i found out i misplaced. So i packed my toddler up and i didn’t get anything handled. Just wish more effort would have happened to help me. It was just, nope. Okay bye. I wasn’t trying to get money back i was getting store credit. I don’t understand why there couldn’t be any compromises here."
