"I spoke with Nancy, asking for help with a tricky problem in setting up one of our employees to take the Manager Food Safety exam. Nancy did a great job of listening to our problem and then working through the process so that our assistant manager, Derrick MItchell, will be able to take the MFS exam. She was able to track my earlier conversation from 3-15-24 and provide a receipt for my online payment that day.
