Tony the pharmacy manager literally reopened the pharmacy 2 minutes after closing to ensure that I was able to pick up my prescription. Liz the pharmacy technician provided phenomenal customer service over the phone when accommodating my request to transfer my prescription to this location. "My wife had a bad cough and went out to get some cough suppressant for her so she could sleep. I arrived at 11:54 to find that they were closing 6 minutes early. The doors were locked. I saw them through the window, knocked and waved. The proceeded to ignore me with the door locked before closing hours and just wait for me to leave rather than talking to me."
"No, one greeted me when I came in, no one asked if I needed anything, and no one acknowledged my presence. I wanted to aska question, but as I approached the cashier, they looked at me and then back down at their phones. I didn't want to disturb them, so I used self-checkout and left"
"It seems I’m not alone in the frustrations with this pharmacy location. I just waited 20 minutes in line and right as I got up to the window they looked at me and rolled down the blinds and turned on the lunch recording. I was the last person in line. I had one thing to get that would have been fast and they just disregarded me completely. So even though I was there on time it doesn’t matter. Horrid customer service."
"Nobody answers the phone, I waited on hold for over 45 min, drive through I sat for almost an hour, short staffed all the time. Only reason I use them is because they are close to home and have what I need. I do not recommend this pharmacy at all!"
