"Asked the cashier if I could put in my rewards number and he said the price is the same? I asked if he treated all the customers like this, he ignored me. I said he could cancel the sale and he told me not to come back. The cashier was a Squirrley looking toothless guy with glasses. Definitely does not belong behind a register dealing with the general public. And he will get his wish I won’t be coming back."

"Kris was the wicked witch of the west I helped pay for a small kid no older than 10 in front of me who payed in change only to see this old rude lady come out and scold the nice coworker who served him the one drink he bought. I asked to turn my bills in to a $20 and was denied after very rudely. If this was my business I would fire Kris or demote her and promote Tiffany who was extremely kind."

"Extraordinary rude employee manning the cash register here at 7:51 AM, Tue Oct 18th. I asked a simple question. He was annoyed that I would bother him while he was on his phone the whole time. I wanted to buy one of the heated up wings and asked a question.. he shrugged me off. And after I decide to just go with my coffee and another item.. he rudely said.. "you done?!" It's not gonna make a difference on much a scale.. but I'm definitely never going to this particular 711 again.. and I hope, for your sake, you don't."

"Not worth it!! After getting a fountain soda and driving off in my car, I sipped it and found my drink (root beer) to be very strong. Not just a bit, but like at least 5x the amount of soda syrup than it should have. Was late to an appointment already so I didn’t go back to have it fixed. Run down, low quality, etc."
