"The process in getting my new gas insert with Alpine FP went so flawlessly, I am compelled to share a review..... Dwight, Hunter and Coleton, saved me "thousands" (literally!), efforts to assure we did our part correctly were precise, and install went like clockwork on first scheduled time/date! On top of all that, the insert is beautiful and works like a charm. Thank you, Alpine Fireplaces and Team!! xox"

"There was hardly any communication with our sales rep. Our meter was set over 3 weeks ago and supposedly our fireplace was installed over 4 weeks prior to that. I kept reaching out to our sales rep trying to find out what’s going on since the meter has been set for weeks. I couldn’t get any answer from him for a while. He kept saying he’s going to get an update for weeks. This took way longer than promised and our sales rep was not that great. I couldn’t get any answers from him and when he did respond it was short answer yes or no. I would really expect more from this company. Next time I would go with another company for sure."

"I wanted to convert my old wood-burning fireplace to gas insert and Mark walked me through the process and ensured that there was an seamless installation and purchase process. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Absolutely no complaints with this entire process."

"We were really happy with our experience working with Alpine Fireplaces. The end product is really beautiful and we've enjoyed the gas fireplace SO much. They installed the gas line and the fireplace unit. We've had no problems with either since."

"During installation the workers put their ladder on brand new gutters, scratched them. Then dropped something off the back and caused over $500 damage to the back gutters. Bending and twisting them. When I got home and noticed they denied it. They also cut a live wire and shorted a breaker. Then when we turned the fireplace on we found that it was not hooked up to a switch so the light stayed on constantly. It burned out before we could get them back to fix it. Then when the fan came on it was so loud you couldn't have a conversation over the noise. When someone came to look at it they noted that they had left tags on at install and they were getting caught in the fan. A year after purchasing and 4 months after install, the fireplace is good. The gutters still are damaged and they deny they did it; even though they are the only ones who have been on the roof since the gutters were placed 1 month before they were damaged by Alpine installers."
