"I purchased a Miele CFR. The vacuum was out of stock and I had to wait a few weeks but I wasn’t in a hurry and the savings over retail was worth it. The staff communicated well and sent me a tracking number once the vacuum was ready to ship. Once received, the vacuum was like new but unfortunately had a broken part. I called and talked with Erik and he immediately ordered a new part under warranty. The new part was received in a few days. I am very happy with my purchase and the prompt warranty service! I highly recommend!"
"This was by far the best way to shope for a vacuum. They allowed us to demo several vacuums. And even let our kids test them out. Erick really helped us find the right vacuum for our needs. We came over to visits to buy the vacuum the first weekend to test vacuums out the second week to by it. There was no pressure to buy and helped me to feel informed and that we were making the best decision."
