"Love this Starbucks location! It’s super close to my house and the staff there are usually super nice and friendly. If there’s a delay in getting my drink, they often ask me about my day or what I have coming up. This location is phenomenal if you plan on hitting it up first thing in the morning (before 6:30). It then starts getting busy by 7 and ramps into full popularity by 9 AM where it’s not uncommon to see the drive thru line back up onto the nearby streets and start blocking traffic. At that point, even parking and going in to pick up an order becomes a challenge. I’m sure it would have been hard to predict this level of popularity when they were building this location but it would be nice if they had added a second lane. The wait is worth it though. They get my order accurate every time and the only issue I’ve experienced with their drinks has been that occasionally my espresso based drinks (Iced Carmel Macchiato) will come out with the coffee tasting like shoe leather to the point I can’t drink it. But then I think maybe they clean the machine and a week later, they’re back to business as usual. And their nitro cold brew always comes out delicious! I also recommend the Impossible Breakfast Sandwich. I know faux meat is often overdone on menus and not done well but it’s a great source of protein and Starbucks seems to have figured out the secret to making it taste good so try it out on your next visit."

"I am extremely disappointed in this establishment. Me and my friends are freshmen in college and went to Starbucks to study for our exams coming up. The only reason why we chose Starbucks was their free refill policy, which claims: you can order any drink you want in the beginning but your refills can only be a certain drink like regular coffee. Before we ordered our drink, we clarified this rule with our (first) barista (Sara). She clarified that if she wasn’t working when we needed a refill to just talk to her coworkers and they would take care of us. She was very nice and welcoming. She said we can order any drink but after, there is only a select few, which is what the policy is. So my friends and I were studying for 2 hours and we decide to get our refill for our drive back to our homes. One of our friends got a cold brew refill for her strawberry refresher, and a few minutes later my other friend and I went to get our first refill and was greeted by the supervisor, Bryson. Bryson said we couldn’t get a refill, and he tried to charge me. He completely dismissed my questioning on the policy, and was very unhelpful. He even started laughing when we walked away frustrated. When we left we called another Starbucks, and she clarified that our idea of the policy was correct, so we called Bryson via the Starbucks number and was questioning how every other Starbucks was clear on the policy but he wasn’t. He was extremely condescending and even said he would my call my number back if he wanted to know more about management which is extremely unprofessional and rude. I hope he gets retrained on customer service and Starbucks policy. I truly think it was because we were young females that he thought he could dismiss us. It doesn’t even make sense because our lattes were more expensive than if we got a cold brew from the beginning, so they were gaining Monday. Starbucks needs to get their act together."

"Bryson didn’t respect corporate policy. Here’s the story, Starbucks corporate policy states you can buy whatever drink you would, but there are only select drinks, you may get a free refill. My friend got a refresher (which are not refillable) but on her second drink she got a cold brew which is refillable. We first ordered a pumpkin spice latte, after spending about 2 and a half hours there we wanted a small cold brew, Bryson then whet on to reject our request on our drink. Sarah who took our first order told us we may get a cold brew later on even after order a pumpkin spice latte. His attitude was full on condescending, we are young girls in our first year of college, and were made to feel uncomfortable. Even if this wasn’t the policy he should have honored the refill as it was 100% his fault."

"The parking lot is small and awkward. However, the staff is very efficient. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building but the employees were extremely fast without sacrificing quality or customer service. My drink was perfect and the employees were very friendly!"
